1. Fantastic time and would happily return. However, there is a few things that could be improved so I will give an honest review. We stayed mid-October. The staff were amazing, friendly and kind. We had no issues communicating in English. The views from the hotel were unreal! Our bed was very comfortable, room a decent size, shower powerful and view from room 3525 was perfect. The cleaning staff were kind and professional. You need to leave the ‘clean my room sign out’ when this was done the room was cleaned to a very good standard.
2. We visited as a group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. The hotel is spread over a large site consisting of rooms in a central block and then bungalows spread out over a large garden area. We were in the bungalows and overall they were very good. Some of our party were in adjoining rooms which opened up to form a very large family space. The remaining 2 were in a smaller bungalow which was actually very small - however on our request were moved onto a larger room within just over 24hrs.
